Claudia Marchetti is a free-lance conference interpreter and translator. After many years spent interpreting and voicing other artists’ words and thoughts, she felt the urge to express her own feelings, to reveal herself. She will hold her first solo exhibition at Dispensabile, in Rome, in March 2019. She will show her drawings populated by fugitive memories, invented creatures, sensual phantasies, creeping fears and unrealistic colours. An inward journey to a place where there is no separation between body and mind, touch and gaze.
