Goetz | Olga Shevchenko

Olga Shevchenko is an artist and illustrator from Russia. She studied graphic design and animation at the University of Moscow and traditional graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. She currently live in Milan where she teaches illustration and watercolor online and at the same time she studies at the Brera Academy. In her works she shows love for flora and fauna, and also talk about her daily life in Italy. She loves working with watercolors, tracing paper and experimenting with printing inks. In creating illustrations, she likes to play and experiment with shapes and texture.

Her watercolors tell human and floral stories, a liquid synthesis of our lives in eternal movement. Her color palette changes with the seasons, and captures moments of life that otherwise would disappear without a trace. They are confidential, sometimes intimate moments, flowers that resist time or small birds ready to take flight; all these existences coexist and take shape in her imagination. Olga paints for those who know how to take their time, for those who capture the ecstasy of a moment, the fickleness of memories.

    Bravissimo !
Si parla perfettamente del lavoro del giovane artista!
Tutto è voluminoso e delicato nei dipinti di Olga.
